Combining the functionality of Sprint and Nextel mobile technologies

The beginning of the design process is purely functional using wireframes to express interactivity

Motorola quickly needed to explore the implications of combining the abilities of a Sprint phone with a Nextel phone into one handset. In a team effort, functionality aspects of the new, hybrid interface were explored and simulated with Motorola's proprietary development tool. The resulting documentation allows developers and designers to build an entirely new phone platform.
